Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain drink quality during high-volume rushes
• Multitask effectively between drink preparation, customer interactions, and cafe cleanliness
• Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency across all beverages
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with team members during busy periods
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience in a fast-paced cafe required
• Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining quality
