Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks according to established recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area, including equipment and workstations
• Manage cash register operations and handle transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and ensure product presentation is appealing
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Absorb and assist in opening and closing duties as required
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for cash handling
