Responsibilities

• Craft exceptional coffee experiences: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and related products with precision and care
• Connect with guests: Build rapport with customers, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year of related experience in a customer facing role
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent active listening, memorization, and recall abilities
  • Knowledge of specialty brewing equipment operation preferred
  • Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Roasting knowledge, experience, or interest is also a plus
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Availability: Up to 25 hours per week (weekend availability required) and the ability to start early in the morning

Pay

Starting pay is $16.94 per hour plus tips.
