About the role

BARC is hiring 18 positions across various districts in Bangladesh. Both male and female applicants are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on agricultural issues.
• Develop and implement agricultural development programs.
• Collaborate with local communities and stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance to farmers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field.
• Experience in agricultural research and development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Completed SSC (Secondary School Certificate).
• Preferred candidates will have a Master's degree.

Skills

• Excellent research and data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

BPS-7 scale: ৮,২৫০-২০,০১০ টাকা প্রতি মাস (৮২৫০ টাকা থেকে ২০,০১০ টাকা প্রতি মাস)
