What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee 2nd shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best
- Jump in and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
- Conduct quality inspections and final walkthroughs
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Monitor labor hours and help keep operations on budget
- Run quick daily huddles and communicate updates clearly
- Build a positive, team-first culture
What You Bring
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Reliable transportation + clean driving record
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Able to multitask and lead by example
- Experience with inventory or labor management is a plus
- Bilingual? Even better!
