The Role

Paul Mitchell The School Nampa is seeking a qualified Barbering Instructor to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

- Educate, motivate, mentor, and coach all Future Professionals in their technical and guest service skills. - Create extraordinary learning experiences. - Previous education and Barber experience preferred but not required. - Current Idaho Barbering instructors license. - Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills. - Skills in supervision, teamwork, and documentation. - Solid work history with verifiable references. - Passion for the beauty industry. - Honesty and professionalism. - Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.
