Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and assist the bartender with items upon request in a timely manner to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Deliver stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries.
• Stock bar items, fill ice bins as needed, and anticipate bar needs throughout the shift.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized, including restocking stands efficiently according to transfer dockets.
• Inspect stands for deficiencies and report concerns to Management.
• Assist with moving equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
• Show flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Licenses & Certifications

• RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary).

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
