We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Job title: BARBACK - PART TIME (not used as heading). Reports to Bar + Rooftop General Manager, position is non-exempt. What's In It For You: Pay Rate: $16.37 per hour + gratuities; Paid Vacation and Sick Time; Strong sense of belonging through diversity, equity, and inclusion; Discounted room rates for Aparium properties for you and your out-of-town guests. Thus we have Pay, Benefits (vacation, sick time, DEI, discounted room rates). Possibly also "Paid Vacation and Sick Time" is benefit. We have "Who We Are" (company description) could be About the role? Actually "About the role" maybe includes description of role? The posting includes "THE ROLE" and "What You Will Do" (responsibilities) and "What You Will Need" (requirements/qualifications/skills). Also "Who You Are" maybe personal traits. We need to map sections: - About the role: Could be description of role (THE ROLE). We'll put that as About the role. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list. - Requirements: maybe "What You Will Need" includes experience, certification, age, schedule, language, physical abilities. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping; but we can separate: Requirements = experience, certification, age, schedule; Qualifications = maybe "Passion for the People, Place and Culture..." etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Better to combine into one Requirements section with bullet list. - Skills: maybe "Passion for..." etc. But we can treat as Skills. - Benefits: Pay Rate + Paid Vacation and Sick Time + DEI + discounted room rates. - Pay: we have Pay Rate; but Benefits already includes pay? The instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Pay Rate. So we need a Pay section. Benefits section for other benefits. - Schedule: posting mentions "Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays". That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Remove "As an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to use

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is prose vs list. For About the role: we have a paragraph describing role (THE ROLE). Could be prose. Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You Will Do". We'll make

    • . Requirements: list from "What You Will Need". We'll make
      • . Skills: maybe "Passion for the People, Place and Culture of our community, love of Restaurants and Guest Service also required" plus maybe other traits from "Who You Are". Could be list. Benefits: list of benefits: Paid Vacation and Sick Time, Strong sense of belonging through diversity, equity, and inclusion, Discounted room rates for Aparium properties for you and your out-of-town guests. Pay: Pay Rate: $16.37 per hour + gratuities. Could be

. Schedule: "Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays". Could be

. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract exact text. From posting: "What's In It For You Pay Rate: $16.37 per hour + gratuitiesPaid Vacation and Sick TimeStrong sense of belonging through diversity, equity, and inclusionDiscounted room rates for Aparium properties for you and your out-of-town guests" Note there is no spacing; but we can parse. We'll produce:

        About the role

It is critical the person in this position be passionate about learning advanced service techniques and have a natural ability to manage time. As a team member within Aparium Hotel Group you will work with a phenomenal group of peers who insist that you are collaborative, humble, experienced and open-minded – no egos are allowed.

That's from THE ROLE paragraph. Now Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list: - Uphold and model the company’s principles of People, Place and Character; driving collaboration, intuition and translocal hospitality - Assist in all aspects of the F+B guest’s experience from beginning to end by extending a friendly greeting in an inviting environment, ensuring bar products and supplies are well stocked, and executing on requests in a friendly and timely manner, ascertaining satisfaction throughout and adjusting as necessary - Work in an organized and clean fashion – stocking the bar, racking kegs, filling ice bins, cutting garnishes, preparing juices syrups and bases, etc. – with the utmost respect for your guests, peers, equipment, and workspace to create lasting impressions and strong relationships - Use steps of service to provide professional service and exceed guest expectations, ensuring alcohol is served safely, responsibly, and legally and utilizing recipes to assist in creating consistent cocktails, juices, syrups and bases - Use good judgement when extending good will and demonstrate a sense of urgency to provide an amazing guest experience - Have an understanding of basic culinary terms and strive to know more through constant study of your craft - Participate in daily line ups and quarterly all staff meetings to further develop ideas and objectives with the service team while simultaneously providing constructive feedback and strategizing to overcome and correct any previously missed opportunities - Observe conditions of all physical facilities and relay any challenges to the F+B Managers, Supervisors and/or F+B Director, to make corrections and improvements as needed - Communicate effectively with the F+B and Culinary teams to ensure all guests get their food as ordered in timely fashion - Assist in other areas of the F+B Department as needed We'll put each as
      • . Now Requirements: "What You Will Need" list: - Passion for the People, Place and Culture of our community, love of Restaurants and Guest Service also required - Minimum of 1 (one) year experience as a Barback in either a free-standing or hotel restaurant or bar - TIPS Alcohol service certification preferred - Must meet local age requirements in order to serve alcohol - Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays - Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally - Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs. to transport beverage goods inventory, equipment, etc. - Ability to lift, balance and carry (with assistance) up to 100 lbs. to transport beverage inventory, equipment, etc. - Continuous standing and walking, and negotiating wet tile floor and steps - Fine motor coordination is needed to pour beverages, decorate cocktails and folding napkins - Standing and walking continually for the entirety of the shift - Negotiating varied floor surfaces is continuous - Carrying over shoulder is occasional - Hand and elbow movements for polishing glassware, silver, setting up tables, shacking, pouring and mixing drinks - Excellent sight and balance needed for negotiating varied floor surfaces - Handling lighted candles, and handling hot fluids (coffee and tea) - Must be able to work occasionally in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10*F) and kitchens (+110*F) We could separate some as Skills, but we can put all in Requirements. But we also need Skills section maybe for "Passion for..." etc. However we can keep Requirements as all. But we also need Benefits and Pay and Schedule sections. Benefits: list: - Paid Vacation and Sick Time - Strong sense of belonging through diversity, equity, and inclusion - Discounted room rates for Aparium properties for you and your out-of-town guests Pay: Pay Rate: $16.37 per hour + gratuities Schedule: Available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays Note schedule already appears in Requirements; but we can still have Schedule section with that sentence. However we must avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to have same info in two places? Might be duplication but we must preserve all info; duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. However we might want to avoid redundancy but not required. However we should avoid thin sections; schedule section would be just one sentence; that's okay if it's real specific content. It's not filler. So we can include. But we already have schedule in Requirements; we could keep it there and also have Schedule section; but that duplicates. Might be okay but could be considered redundant. However instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Having a Schedule section with just one sentence might be thin; maybe we should incorporate schedule info into Requirements and not create separate Schedule section. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid thin sections if they have real content. But they say prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could omit Schedule section and put schedule info in Requirements. That would reduce number of sections. Similarly, Pay could be part of Benefits? But they said create Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Pay Rate. Could we incorporate Pay into Benefits? Possibly but they differentiate. We'll keep Pay section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info: The "Who We Are" company description is not included in any section; is that substantive? It describes the hotel brand, location, etc. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the role, not company. The "Who We Are" is about the company. Should we include that? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't have a heading for company overview. So we might need to incorporate that info somewhere else, maybe in About the role? But About the role is specifically about the role; we could add a brief paragraph about the company as part of About the role? Might be okay but not exactly. However we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit the "Who We Are" paragraph, we lose substantive info. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can treat it as "About the role" but also include company description as part of that section. The heading "About the role" could encompass both role and company context. That seems acceptable. Thus we will prepend the company description to the About the role paragraph. Let's extract "Who We Are" paragraph: "Hotels done differently. It’s not just a slogan
