Barback - Jiffy Lube Live -$17.00-$19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and items to the bartender to support exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment.
• Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout the shift.
• Keep all areas clean and organized.
• Report promptly to work and be ready to start at the scheduled time.
• Set up work areas according to instructions.
• Absorb and follow company operating standards and policies.
• Ensure prompt and quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant for at least two to three years.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
• Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of safe work habits, adherence to safety policies and procedures, and completion of company-wide safety training.
