Barback - iThink Financial Amphitheater

Responsibilities

• Provide supplies and items to the bartender to support exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment.
• Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout the shift.
• Keep all areas clean and organized.
• Be punctual and ready to start at the scheduled time.
• Follow work area setup instructions.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt and quality service is provided.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to meet company service standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Read, speak, and write English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience working in fast-paced bars, high-end clubs, or restaurants for 2-3 years.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
• Knowledge of safe work habits and ability to follow company safety policies and procedures.
