Ensure delivered items are stored and secured properly.Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members.Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping.Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.Knowledgeable about menu items and cocktail recipes, preparing drinks to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.Use point-of-sale system to accurately place orders, open tabs, and process payments to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.Perform other duties as assigned.Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
