What You'll Do

Aid the bartender with stocking, cleaning, equipment handling, and maintenance. When needed, serve food and beverages for guests and service staff. Maintain a team-oriented environment and provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests.
• Ensure service stations and tables are accurately set up and cleaned.
• Assist with restaurant dining services when necessary.
• Perform sidework, setup, and breakdown of the bar.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming specifications.
• Clean and maintain trash cans, ice bins, and bar equipment.
• Stock and manage beer, wine, juice, and other beverages.
• Notify managers if guests are becoming intoxicated or rude.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certification (if applicable).
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Learns and presents product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Proficient in restaurant POS systems and inventory/invoicing software.
• Hardworking, dedicated, passionate about hospitality.
• Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
