Barback

About the role

We are looking for a supportive Barback to enhance our service team. As a barback, you will support the Bar staff with everything they need (even sometimes before they know they need it!). From clearing bar tops, to restocking supplies and supporting bar maintenance, you are critical in making things as smooth as possible! You have a can-do attitude and self-starter mentality and always ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar team to keep operations running smoothly by anticipating needs and staying one step ahead.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting bar environment for guests and team members.
• Clear and reset bar tops quickly and efficiently to restaurant standards.
• Use your organization and teamwork skills to adapt and solve problems on the fly, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
