Barback

Responsibilities

• Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service.
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
• Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
• Cook with the kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and served efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Friendly and customer-focused personality.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move items that are heavy (up to 50lbs.).

Schedule

Colony Grill is open daily from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Pay

Salary range: $15 - $20 per hour.
