About the role
You are a team-oriented individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and communication skills that translate into positive outcomes for yourself, restaurant staff members, and guests.Responsibilities
- Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift.
- Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service.
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws.
- Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations.
- Cook with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests.
- Friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented experience.
- Able to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to carry supplies (10-30 lbs.) and move items that are heavy (up to 50lbs.).
