About the role

As Bar & Waiting Staff at Farmhouse Inns you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re pouring a pint or recommending the perfect drink after a long day. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting guests, serving food, and looking after customers while they dine.
• Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mindset.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Pay

Up to £12.71 per hour (part‑time, permanent).
