Bar Supervisor | Seasonal Part-Time | BMW Championship

About the Role

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. The Bar Supervisor oversees bar operations during the BMW Championship, supervising bartenders and barbacks, managing beverage inventory, ensuring proper alcohol service, and supporting the team throughout the event.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations during the BMW Championship.
• Supervise and support bartenders, barbacks, and other beverage staff.
• Ensure bars are properly stocked with beverages, ice, cups, and supplies.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Ensure employees follow alcohol service and ID-checking requirements.
• Assign staff to designated bars and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor guest service and address concerns when needed.
• Ensure bar areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and event requirements.
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, inventory, or operational concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of previous bartending, bar lead, or beverage supervisory experience is preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume events, hospitality, or food and beverage operations preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol service procedures and beverage operations.
• Ability to supervise and communicate with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move beverage supplies as needed.
• Must meet state and local requirements for serving alcohol.
• Alcohol service certification may be required.
• Must be available to work the required BMW Championship event schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.75.

Schedule

This is a seasonal role from August 17, 2026, to August 23, 2026.
