Bar Runner- Swing-Silver Legacy

Responsibilities

• Stock bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products.
• Clean and maintain bars weekly, including wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, removing glass mats, and cleaning all sticky surfaces.
• Empty cabinets and wipe down insides.
• Return products to their proper places.
• Assist bartenders as needed.
• Keep records of inventory transfers.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
• Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Ability to obtain an alcohol awareness card.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to push, pull, twist, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels.

Schedule

• Schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
