About the role

The Twin Peaks Bar Back is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operation of the Twin Peaks bar, adhering to strict standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards
• Maintain clean and sanitized bar
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Follow HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements
• Work as a team
• Train using tablets or computers
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Ensure bar is well-stocked
• Change kegs, check taps, and appliances
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Back
• Ability to communicate in English
• Understand policies and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant

Qualifications

• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
• Must complete training program
• Must complete required training in compliance with local and state regulations

Skills

• Common sense and understanding to carry out simple tasks
• Reasoning ability to deal with standardized situations
