About the role

The Twin Peaks Bar Back is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operation of the Twin Peaks bar and its unique beverage program. This position requires adherence to strict standards and teamwork with the Twin Peaks Girl.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards
• Maintain clean and sanitized bar
• Ensure clean and organized stations and equipment
• Follow HOH Standards, Safety, Sanitation, and GHS requirements
• Work as a team
• Train using tablets or computers
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Ensure bar is well-stocked
• Change kegs, check taps, and appliances
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Back
• Ability to communicate in English
• Understanding of cleaning and sanitizing policies

Qualifications

• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
• Must complete training program
• Must complete required training as per local and state regulations

Skills

• Common sense and understanding to follow simple instructions
• Reasoning ability to deal with standardized situations
