Compensation & Benefits
- $500K base salary
- $25K Quality Incentive
- $20K Acuity Stipend (total $545K all-in)
- Cardiac anesthesiologists receive an additional $60K cardiac stipend
- 12 weeks PTO
- $90K Sign-On Bonus for up to 3-year commitment
