Banquets Setup/Breakdown
About the role
At Pyramid Global Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated Banquet Set-Up Attendant to join our team at Stonewall Resort. Located moments away from the world but close to nature, Stonewall Resort offers a unique lakeside destination for various events.
Responsibilities
- Direct the set up and preparation of banquet rooms for banquet functions.
- Clear and tear down banquet rooms at the end of the function.
- Assemble and arrange conference equipment in conference rooms per client needs.
- Disassemble conference rooms at appropriate breakdown times.
- Maintain conference equipment by checking all aspects of equipment.
- Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by an immediate superior.
Requirements
- Ability to lift a variety of conference tables weighing 5-70 pounds.
- Ability to lift and place a variety of miscellaneous conference equipment weighing 10-60 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand.
- Good communication and guest relation skills.
- Able to follow directions.
