Job Description

• Read and follow the BEO set up of private events based upon the instructions of the Banquet Manager/Captain.
• Follow all banquet standards in maintaining a high level of guest service.
• Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment.
• Understand and follow through with all policies and procedures of the Banquet Department and the Hard Rock Organization.
• Work as a team with all other servers and staff.
• Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Banquet Manager/Captain.

Requirements

• Perform duties that require bending and reaching.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing or walking on the floor for up to 8+ hours.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and follow uniform guidelines.
• Practice all safety and sanitation standards, including recycling where possible.
• Remain calm in a hectic, fast‑paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrate high organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Display a positive, outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co‑workers.
• Uphold HRC’s five core values and mission statement.
• Prior experience as a banquet server and/or bartender.
• Versed in banquet table service.
• Available to work a wide variety of shifts and schedules.
