About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Banquet Captain to join our team. This role is directly responsible to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, or F&B Director for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and acts as the personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing direction, supervision, and monitoring to banquet staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and food & beverage, ensuring efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, maintenance of division standards, and profit maximization.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel customer service role.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $6–$18 per hour.
