Responsibilities

• Set up and manage banquet events, ensuring proper arrangements based on event sheets.
• Work closely with sales, reservations, and housekeeping to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversight event operations, addressing issues and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Communicate client needs to internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Inspect and monitor banquet rooms, ensuring all setup and service requirements are met.
