Banquet Set Up Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Banquets Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting rooms, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest, including moving awkward and heavy materials.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return supplies to the storage closet.
• Maintain a clean and presentable environment in meeting rooms and ballrooms.
• Communicate effectively with guests and assist co-workers as needed.
• Work with various types of meeting room equipment and set-up styles.
• Participate in physical activities throughout the shift for room set-up and break-down.

Requirements

Must have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be self-starting with an even disposition, able to communicate well with guests, and willing to pitch-in and help co-workers. Must be comfortable with physical activity and have knowledge of meeting room set-up styles.
