Responsibilities
- Food and drink service at hotel banquet functions
- Ensure function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event
- Linen and table setting
- Food station design
- Beverage service
- General banquet preparation
- Room refreshes
- Maintaining a sanitary environment
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Prior banquet serving experience preferred
