Banquet Server (Part-Time) (Multiple Positions) (UPDATED)

Responsibilities

• Aid in setting up and dismantling banquet spaces and event areas.
• Serve food and beverages as per the Banquet Event Order.
• Offer recommendations and address inquiries from guests and clients.
• Greet and serve each guest with friendliness and courtesy.
• Promote a high-quality guest experience.
• Maintain food products according to client expectations and adhere to food safety standards.
• Provide input and assistance to captains and the catering team.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing supplies and utensils.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of sanitized items.
• Communicate and resolve guest concerns, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to comply with the University Fleet Safety Policy.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills with managers, team members, and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
