Banquet Server (on-call)

As a Banquet Server, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service during events, meetings, and banquets. You'll set up and break down event spaces, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces for banquets, meetings, and special events
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attentive, friendly service
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout events
• Report to the Banquet Captain or Banquet Manager
• Support career growth opportunities toward roles such as banquet captain, restaurant server, or food and beverage management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus
• A combination of education and experience
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Availability to work a very flexible schedule that depends on events taking place

Pay

$16.90 per hour

Schedule

Part-time / on-call for events. Varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Specific scheduling needs can be discussed.
