Banquet Server/Beverage Cart Attendant

Dual role combining banquet service and on-course beverage cart duties.

About the role

Provide positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Staff are expected to be professional, attentive to guest needs, and make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms
• Serve meals and clear guests’ plates
• Provide refills on drinks
• Perform any other assigned duties by management
• Provide on-course food and beverage service to golfers in accordance with customer service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment according to company standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous serving experience helpful but not required
• Courteous, friendly, and professional with a strong sense of customer service
• Willing to cross-train and work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds
• Willing to participate in ongoing training and learning of new products
• Must work well with a team and interact positively with guests
