Banquet Server/Beverage Cart Attendant

About the role

The Banquet Server/Beverage Cart Attendant provides positive guest interactions by serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Duties include setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, meal services, clearing guests' plates, providing refills on drinks, and assisting with any other tasks assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms
• Provide meal services to guests
• Clear guests' plates
• Provide drink refills
• Perform other assigned duties by management
• On-course food and beverage service to golfers
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 18 years of age
• Previous serving experience helpful but not required
• Courteous, friendly professional with a strong sense of customer service
• Willing to cross train positions and work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds
• Willing to participate in ongoing training and learning of new products
• Works well with a team and interacts positively with guests
