Banquet Server

About the role

Roost, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown near Market Square, is seeking a Banquet Server to join their team. This is a part-time position working events at Roost.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms and ballroom for banquets, meetings, and other social functions.
• Provide food and beverage for functions and maintain and clean all meeting rooms.
• Replenish supplies as needed or as ordered; pick up trash and wipe up spills.
• Respond to guest requests during functions, replacing supplies and ensuring proper function of all equipment.
• Refresh meeting rooms during breaks by placing clean glasses, filling water pitchers, and removing soiled items.
• Maintain banquet area clean and free from trash and food particles.

• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
