About the role

As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you'll be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about the outdoors and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ski and snowboard rentals, equipment setup, and maintenance.
• Provide customer service and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintained.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of skiing/snowboarding is beneficial but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
