About the role

As a Banquet Porter, you will be a vital part of each event, ensuring everything runs like clockwork from behind the scenes. You’ll create a seamless experience for every guest, anticipating needs and responding swiftly to ensure each moment is perfectly timed. Whether it’s a corporate meeting or a family celebration, your role is essential in setting the stage for success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet setups according to event specifications.
• Support the team with serving, refilling, and restocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the space throughout the event and break down the room at the end.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Stay informed about event details, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior banquet experience in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications.
• Flexible availability.
