Responsibilities
- Oversee banquet services throughout the hotel
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with internal Events team and clients to execute unique and memorable events
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and accommodate industry changes
- Maintain professionalism while being open to candid feedback, prioritizing guest and employee experience
- Manage shifts, including daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning
- Read and comprehend weekly Banquet Events Orders
- Ensure product quality and event space cleanliness
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Handle on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead, and develop team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous leadership experience in luxury hotel banquets
- Open, curious mindset with a commitment to delivering tailored guest experiences
- Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
