Banquet Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the effective execution of service for the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Conference Services events. Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by Flik Associates and the client are met.
Responsibilities
- Assists with record keeping, maintains sanitation standards, assists team members on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises conference services events, bars, and meal periods where applicable.
- Ensures guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
- Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed.
- Hire, train, and develop all FOH restaurant staff in fine dining service standards.
- Maintain schedules, payroll, requisitions and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls including inventory and pars.
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.
Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet management or similar role is required. Must have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: $50,000
