About the role
As a Banquet Houseperson, you’ll spread the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- Complete table and chair set-up according to the requirements for each function
- Clean and prep banquet rooms, ensuring all walls and surfaces are spotless
- Keep the banquet area clean, and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience
