Banquet House Attendant - Casual

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i seeks a Banquet House Attendant who embodies a passion for excellence and brings enthusiasm to their interactions. This role is integral to shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service and knowledge of the resort.

Responsibilities

• Support events from planning, setup, and execution to breakdown
• Contribute to smooth transitions ensuring events are ready for the next day or the next hour
• Arrange table and chair setups, provide meeting materials and flipcharts, and perform cleaning and vacuuming tasks
• Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Work authorization required in the United States
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 80 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Able to accurately read and work with computer systems
• Excellent communication skills with a guest-focused approach

Qualifications

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States. They are also required to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card as mandated by the Hawaii State Department of Health.

Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $19.90

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate event needs, with weekend and holiday availability required.
