Banquet Executive Chef
Job Summary
The Executive Chef of Banquets oversees all culinary banquet operations and is responsible for ensuring quality, menu development, staff development and overall kitchen management and oversight. This position is the highest ranking culinary position in Mountain Dining and will assist the senior management team in ensuring all restaurants are delivering a high quality product to our guests.
Job Specifications
- Starting Wage: $63,431.73 - $75,000.00 + annual bonus
- Employment Type: Year Round
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities
- Planning and executing all banquets and events
- Ensure food safety across entire resort
- Staff Scheduling to required budgeted thresholds
- Ordering/ receiving
- Menu Development
- Training all culinary staff
- Strict adherence to budget
Job Requirements
- 5 years culinary management experience
- Advanced Culinary Skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills

Pay Range
The expected pay range is $63,431.73 - $75,000.00 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
