Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food for banquet and catered events
- Maintains hotel standards for quality, sanitation, and safety
- Serves as part of the culinary team in meeting the needs of guests and clients
- Supports the team in ensuring efficient service during meetings, weddings, conferences, and special events
- Works under supervision and receives training
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and production schedules
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of performing repetitive duties
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
