Responsibilities
- Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets environment
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets environment
- Follow production requirements and quality standards
- Stand for long periods of time
- Have or have the ability to take food handlers certification
- Have an upscale dining experience
- Have a keen eye for details and high quality standards in your work
- Work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel, preferably in banquets
- Food handlers certification (or ability to obtain)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Upscale dining experience (a plus)
- A keen eye for details and high quality standards in your work
- Flexibility in a job, working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
