Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets environment
• Work in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant and banquets environment
• Follow production requirements and quality standards
• Stand for long periods of time
• Have or have the ability to take food handlers certification
• Have an upscale dining experience
• Have a keen eye for details and high quality standards in your work
• Work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a line cook in a hotel, preferably in banquets
• Food handlers certification (or ability to obtain)
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Upscale dining experience (a plus)
• A keen eye for details and high quality standards in your work
• Flexibility in a job, working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
