About the role
Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, owning and operating unique and iconic venues like the Hotel Du Village, Logan Inn, Ryland Inn, and The Farmhouse. We specialize in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels with exciting opportunities for the right individuals.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced, fine dining environment.
- Organized, punctual, and capable of thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of banquet service, including menu development, ordering, and computer skills.
- Unexpired Serv Safe certification required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
- Safe, prudent, and organized work practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary production expertise for the banquet/catering operation.
- Leadership and training abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and attention-to-detail skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to relate to all levels of guests and management.
