Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of banquet event setup, service, and breakdown
- Collaboration with Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager for event requirements
- Supervision of banquet staff for excellent service delivery
- Ensuring banquet areas are prepared according to event plans and safety standards
- Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Aiding in the training and mentoring of banquet staff
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in banquet or event service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
