Banquet Captain

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven Banquet Captain to lead our Banquets team. This role is ideal for a genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all banquet events, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional execution.
• Anticipate and understand guest needs, taking thoughtful action to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain clear, open communication with in-house group contacts to support seamless events.
• Remain attentive and actively engaged with all operational departments, including Catering, Conference Services, and Kitchen teams.
• Act as a confident, solutions-focused problem solver, delivering high-level hospitality, accommodating special requests, and assisting with inquiries related to hotel services, operations, and events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory banquet service industry experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.
• Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Competitive pay: $16.39 hourly + service charges.

US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
