Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience handling in‑court and out‑of‑court restructurings in a law firm setting
• Debtor (in and out of court) and creditors’ committee representation experience strongly preferred
• Active admission to the California Bar required

• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential

Pay

Salary: $195,000 - $215,000 per year
