Bankruptcy Associate Attorney (Bar Required: Georgia)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and approve bankruptcy pleadings.
• Handle all stages of bankruptcy matters, including: Proofs of Claim, Motions for Relief, Objections and Responses, Payment Change Notices, Settlements and Adversary Proceedings.
• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (telephonic and in-person).
• Maintain regular communication and updates with clients.
• Support special projects and additional legal tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active licensure in good standing with the Georgia State Bars.
• Experience managing a high-volume bankruptcy caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, client-service mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with adversary proceedings, payment change notices, or mediation.
• Familiarity with legal case management systems and client portals.
• Availability to attend in-person court hearings or depositions as needed.
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
