Monday through Friday.
Not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Processes garnishments and levies and reclamations on customer accounts
• Prints, reviews for accuracy, and mails customer interest checks
• Maintains all return mail, dormant accounts and customer accounts (may include KMN account maintenance)
• Completes research requests for CO Banks and helps resolve service issues for our customers
• Reviews various reports as assigned
• Positive Pay Legal and Branch Research, including VOD's and VOM's
• Process Inactive and Dormant Accounts
• On Us Check review
• Process Mobile and ATM Deposits
• Responsible for printing, accuracy review and mailing of customer interest checks
• ATM Live functions as needed
• Reviews and monitors return mail
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of FiServ preferred
• Knowledge of Windows based programs preferred
• Skills in good customer service and telephone courtesy
• Ability to operate a PC with keyboard accuracy and speed
• Ability to work under pressure, meet critical deadlines and have constant interruptions while doing assigned responsibilities including reconcilement, verification and computer input

Education And Experience

• High School or equivalent
• Banking experience preferred
