Banking Representative
About the role
To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
- Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
- Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma/GED required.
- 1-3 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking).
- Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment.
Pay
$17.50/hour
Schedule
- Full time, 40 hours per week, 12:00pm - 9:30pm, 12:30pm - 10:00pm, 1:00pm - 10:30pm, 1:30pm - 11:00pm
Work environment
Hybrid after training if internet requirements are met (must have fiber or cable internet)
