Key Responsibilities
- Support the "People First" philosophy, greet clients professionally, and actively participate in the branch team.
- Proactively identify opportunities for relationship growth through consultative cross-selling of products and services.
- Perform account opening, educate clients on offerings, and ensure compliance with operational and security procedures.
- Handle customer service issues, assist with transactions, and provide support to branch team members.
- Serve as backup to branch leadership and perform teller functions as needed.
- Participate in achieving sales goals, maintain high service standards, and promote community engagement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of bank sales and teller experience
- Strong needs-based sales skills
- Understanding of banking compliance
- Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
- A customer-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Work flexible hours to meet business needs
