Banking Operations Manager/Liaison

About the role

Our client is seeking a Financial Services Solutions Consultant to support the continued expansion of its banking and financial institution business. This individual will serve as a bridge between our client's product offerings and financial institution clients by leveraging deep banking knowledge, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to articulate how our client's solutions create value for customers.

Banking & Financial Services Expertise

• Serve as a subject matter expert on banking operations, financial institution processes, and industry terminology.
• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding banking customer requirements and industry trends.
• Help our client refine its approach to serving banks and financial institutions.

Client Engagement & Solution Consulting

• Participate in client discovery sessions with banks and financial institutions.
• Assist clients in understanding how our client's solutions align with their business objectives.
• Clearly communicate business value, operational impacts, and customer benefits of our client's products.
• Translate complex product capabilities into business-focused outcomes.

Requirements

• All candidates must have a strong banking operations background that works well with clients.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $55.28 – $64.90/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
